KSA Desert Two Villa

Descriptions

We spearheaded the master design for two villas nestled in the desert of KSA, commissioned by a prominent investor seeking to erect side-by-side residences, each intended for a prince from the royal family. Our design ethos was rooted in sustainability, aligning seamlessly with the natural environment of the desert. The architectural blueprint not only embraced the modern lifestyle but also integrated features to combat the arid climate. One prominent aspect of the villa design is its elevated structure, strategically lifted above the ground to minimize heat absorption from the desert floor and maintain a cool interior ambiance. This innovative approach to construction ensures optimal comfort for the occupants amidst the challenging desert conditions, setting the villas apart as bastions of modern design and functionality in the arid landscape.

Furthermore, the exterior landscape design was meticulously crafted to enhance the villa's surroundings. Streets leading from the outside to the entrance of each villa were thoughtfully planned, incorporating features such as heating elements to prevent ice formation and ensure safe passage during cooler desert nights. Additionally, a security room positioned at the main entrance of each villa provides a secure entry point for residents, further enhancing safety and privacy. These elements seamlessly integrate with the villa's elevated design, creating a harmonious blend of form, function, and sustainability amidst the desert landscape.
