Descriptions
One of our notable projects involved the revitalization of the Beachside in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy. Two neglected parks situated along the beachfront, UNICIF Park and PASSO Park, presented an opportunity for transformation. We developed a comprehensive master plan for the landscape, outlining a strategy for modernization and enhanced utilization of the area by international tourists visiting the city.
As part of the renovation plan, we introduced innovative features such as an aquarium and a large cantilever bridge. The addition of these attractions aimed to elevate the visitor experience, providing opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. The cantilever bridge, in particular, offers a unique vantage point for visitors to appreciate the scenic beauty of the gardens below and the panoramic views of the beachside surroundings.
In line with our commitment to sustainability, the design incorporated eco-friendly elements such as native plant species, water-saving irrigation systems, and energy-efficient lighting. These initiatives not only reduce environmental impact but also enhance the overall resilience of the ecosystem.
Furthermore, the renovation included the development of a dedicated parking area to accommodate visitors' vehicles conveniently. The parking facility features designated spaces for different types of vehicles, as well as provisions for bicycle parking and electric vehicle charging stations, promoting sustainable transportation options.
To complement the recreational amenities, a vibrant shopping area was integrated into the Beachside redevelopment project. This commercial district offers a diverse range of shops, cafes, and restaurants, providing visitors with opportunities for leisurely shopping and dining experiences. By creating a dynamic mix of attractions and amenities, we aimed to establish the Beachside as a premier destination that combines entertainment, sustainability, and economic vitality.
