Iraqi Marshes Pulse Tower

Descriptions

Project Idea: Integrated Water Management System for Sustainable Development.

The proposed project aims to implement an integrated water management system to promote sustainable development in the Central Marshes region of Iraq. This system comprises three key components housed within three distinct buildings:

Building A:
This building serves as the heart of the water generation system. It features a total of 129 Water Generation Units (WGUs), with three units per floor. Each WGU has the capacity to produce up to 8,000 liters of water per day, contributing to the overall water supply for the region. Additionally, 172 large air-flow turbines are installed to enhance air circulation within the building. To further optimize water production, indoor gardens are integrated into every three floors to increase humidity levels. An industrial elevator and staff elevator/stairs provide access to different levels of the building, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.

Building B:
This building functions as the water storage and distribution center. It houses 24 Assembled Water Tanks, with one tank allocated per floor. Each tank has a capacity of 25,000 liters and collects water produced by the WGUs. The ground floor features a Central Distribution Station responsible for controlling water levels and facilitating the flow of water to the marshes area. Additionally, convenient car parking facilities are available on the ground floor, providing easy access for maintenance personnel and visitors.

Building C:
This building serves as the administrative hub for site operations management. It houses various offices and facilities, including management offices, reception area, restaurant, operator stations, monitoring facilities, and storage rooms. Here, all aspects of the water management system are coordinated and monitored to ensure efficient operation and maintenance.

Together, these buildings form a comprehensive water management infrastructure designed to address the water needs of the Central Marshes region while promoting environmental sustainability and supporting local communities. By harnessing innovative technologies and implementing efficient management practices, this project aims to contribute to the preservation and restoration of the marshes ecosystem for future generations.
